If you have ever had to fidget to get the tube clipped in this is the answer. Without a clip I would have the tube migrate into the fold of my arm!

Very good.
I've read a lot of reviews saying it falls off easily, but I didn't have that issue (granted I had it on an early-2000's Unbottle I still have, so maybe the hose is bigger). I did have to position it so the opening pointed back/under my arm, otherwise my arm would hit it and knock it out of its base. Overall, very sturdy. Would be perfect if it fit full 1" webbing instead of just 3/4".
